I'm confused. Who are IPS anyway?
IPS is Australasia's most experienced provider of employee counselling services. IPS was originally formed to develop a model for Employee Assistance Programs suitable for the Australian workplace, working closely with business, government and trade unions. The model IPS developed has now been adopted by other providers throughout the region as the recognised industry standard.

I'm confused. What is an EAP?
